Before ordering the t-shirt, measure a t-shirt from your closet and if the measurements are almost the same then you can order it, otherwise you will receive an incorrect measurement and since it is personalized (made to order) it cannot be returned.

Take action:
Take the length measurement under the arm. Take the height measurement from top to bottom near the neck as shown in the picture.
