At the same time, the User has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him and to request the deletion of the data. Description of the services offered
Art.Shopsfile.com is an online classifieds site where you can post sales and service ads or search among the ads already published by other Users.
Adding an ad
The Art.Shopsfile.com team, we want all published Ads to be correctly written and true to reality. Due to this reason, the approval of the ads is not done instantly, they are checked by a specialized team that has the right to correct and publish them after these checks, or, as the case may be, corrections. Please pay attention and keep in mind the Rules for posting an Ad as we reserve the right to reject and/or delete ads that do not comply with these rules.
To add an Ad, a User must have an account on the Art.Shopsfile.com website and be logged into the account, then fill out the form that opens when clicking on the "Add Ad" button. Please fill in real contact data so that you can be contacted by Buyers or users who want more information about the product or service you offer. The phone number entered in your account can be validated at any time at no cost to you.
Validation of the phone number entered in the ad details is mandatory. To validate a phone number it must belong to a mobile network. A phone number validated on one account can no longer be validated on another account associated with another e-mail address.
By submitting the announcement for publication to the Site, you declare that you fully and unconditionally agree to all the clauses of this document.
The validity period of an Advertisement is 90 days from the moment of publication (this time limit can be changed in the future), with the possibility of extending this term.
An ad can be renewed instantly, for a fee, countless times.
The maximum number of ads that can be published on a single account is unlimited for a natural/legal person, for this it is necessary to activate an account package.
After consuming the free ads, the user will be asked to pay the posting fee.
Ad packs
They are the optional choice if you have one or more ads to publish. Package types are available in the User's account.
Expired ads are automatically removed from the site without being able to be republished/retrieved.
The invoice related to the promotion service for one or more ads must be requested within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of the transaction. We issue invoices only for payments made by card, or credit from the Art.Shopsfile.com account.
* If a newly added ad does not comply with the Terms of Use of the Site, it will not be published on Art.Shopsfile.com. The amount paid for the ad will not be refunded, but will be credited to the user's Art.Shopsfile.com account and can be used for publishing any ad at any time.
* If the changes made to an ad already displayed on Art.Shopsfile.com will not be approved by the Site moderators because they do not comply with the Rules of Use, the ad will remain published on the Site in the form in which it was previously accepted or will be permanently eliminated.
"Add credit" option to the Art.Shopsfile.com account
The user has the possibility to upload predetermined amounts to his account on the Art.Shopsfile.com site, in the form of credit on the site. By predetermined amounts we will refer to "loan packages". The credit obtained from the purchase of any credit package can be used to promote/publish ads on the Art.Shopsfile.com website.
A User can purchase one or more credit packages for the purpose of promoting/publishing his ads on the site. Credit packs are available in the User's account on the Art.Shopsfile.com website in the Credit Load section. Credit packages can be purchased with payment by card, paypal or bank transfer.
The validity period of the credit obtained following the purchase of one or more credit packages is 180 days.
The value of the credit obtained following the purchase of one or more credit packages cannot be returned in the form of money and cannot be transferred from one User to another or outside the Art.Shopsfile.com site.
Invoices related to credit loading to the Art.Shopsfile.com account must be requested within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
Adding to "Favorites"
A user can save one or more ads to their account in the Favorite Ads list.
Copyright
The entire content of the Art.Shopsfile.com page, by content meaning images, texts, graphics, including the Announcement in the form published on the site for which the Seller assigns the right to use, non-exclusively, in favor of the Supplier, applications, links and any other audio-visual content, as well as graphic design, source code and any other data and information belong to the Site, the Provider and its affiliates. This information is protected under the Copyright Act and laws relating to intellectual and industrial property rights. The information published on Art.Shopsfile.com cannot be published, transmitted, copied by any method without the written consent of the legal representative of the Provider. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the law in force.
By posting an ad on Art.Shopsfile.com you represent, warrant and represent that you own all copyrights to the images, text and content and do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for everything you post and for the consequences of posting an Ad.
By posting the ad on the Art.Shopsfile.com website you agree to grant the Provider a free, unlimited and irrevocable license by which you transfer to the Website all rights to the posted material. You also agree that the Ads published on the Art.Shopsfile.com website may be made available to the public by the Provider on all and any of its online platforms and by any other means, such as: advertising, Internet.The approval/publishing of ads is not done automatically and instantly but before and/or after publication on the website. To avoid an unpleasant situation where an Ad is rejected.

Products you cannot sell here:

*** Lethal weapons and ammunition according to Law on the regime of weapons and ammunition, including non-lethal self-defense weapons that can cause injury, tranquilizer weapons, stun weapons, ball or compressed air weapons, devices for electric shocks and related products
*** Explosive or pyrotechnic materials, as well as other objects hazardous to health
*** Medicines, medical and pharmaceutical products (for humans or animals), blood, human organs, aphrodisiacs, nutritional supplements, steroids, proteins, sports supplements, slimming products, as well as any other goods that may be dangerous to health and human life.
*** Pornographic and obscene materials or that contain materials in which minors are presented, dating, erotic massage services, escort services, video chat
*** Objects obtained through fraud, deception or other types of crimes
*** Animals
*** Music, movies, software or other goods that infringe copyright and intellectual property, products with a registered trademark at the level of the European Union or outside the European Union
*** Computer/laptop spy devices, headphones and other copying gadgets, jamming devices
*** Divination, tarot, clairvoyance, white magic or other similar services
*** Usury services, pawnshops, loans or other similar activities
*** Unlock Services
*** Gambling, virtual transactions, gambling accounts
*** Non-existent goods, any other illegal product or activity
This list will be constantly updated, so please consult it before publishing an ad, to avoid the unpleasant situation where your ad will be rejected.
Rules for publishing ads:
*** To post ads in the languages available on the site and to use appropriate language
*** It is allowed to publish only one Ad for the same product or service. Ads that are identified as duplicates will be rejected or pulled from the Site. If you sell products or services as a whole or as a package, please mention this in the description.
*** An Ad is valid for a single product or service. Please post multiple ads if you offer multiple products or services for sale.
*** Do not publish personal data in the description of the Ad (identity card series and number, bank account, etc.) or provide telephone numbers with a surcharge as contact details, as these ads will not be accepted.
*** Use capital letters only where necessary, i.e. at the beginning of the title and for brand names. Titles written in uppercase only will be replaced by lowercase by Art.Shopsfile.com moderators. Also, words irrelevant to the product or service sold (example: sell, offer, urgent, etc.) and advertisements for different blogs, websites or magazines will be removed from the title
*** To post classified ads on the site. We only accept Ads where you sell/rent a product or offer a service, not Request ads.
*** Don't add humanitarian ads, ads reporting various thefts/finding lost items
*** Do not add links to other websites in the title or description of your ad, as Art.Shopsfile.com moderators have the right to delete them.
*** Ads by which Art.Shopsfile.com users may feel discriminated against on the basis of race, nationality, language, religion, gender or sexual orientation, ethnicity, diseases or belonging to a disadvantaged category, will not be published .
*** If an Ad is modified and the product or service within the Ad has been replaced, the modification will be rejected, and the Ad will continue to be visible on the site in the form in which it was previously accepted. This rule also applies if an ad is edited, but the changes violate one of these Rules, they will be rejected by the moderators of the Art.Shopsfile.com site, and the ad will be maintained on the site in the form in which it was previously accepted.
Rules regarding IMAGES:
*** Images used must be clear and reflect the current state of the product or service offered
*** Images that are not related to the product/property/service sold will be deleted by Art.Shopsfile.com moderators
*** Images containing watermarks, logos or other insignia of other competing websites will be deleted by Art.Shopsfile.com moderators
*** The images used must not have any restrictions, the use of images that are encumbered by third-party rights, especially third-party intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
Registration and cancellation
• The Art.Shopsfile.com site is intended for natural and/or legal persons at least 18 years old and of full legal capacity.
• Creating an account on Art.Shopsfile.com can be done by using an email address and a password. By registering, the User confirms that he is at least 18 years old. The profile data created on the Art.Shopsfile.com website must be real, complete and up-to-date. Multiple registrations with the same email address are not allowed.
• Sending messages through Art.Shopsfile.com is possible and implies acceptance of the terms by the user.
• Login data is confidential. We recommend that you take precautions and choose a strong password that you will not share with anyone.
• If, for various reasons, you want to cancel your account on the ljumate.ro website, send us an e-mail at info@Art.Shopsfile.com and we will deactivate your account, and all your ads will be withdrawn from the Site. After deactivating your account, we may retain information about your published content for a period of 12 months. In this case, according to the privacy policy and the protection of personal data, the Site can provide details of an Announcement (regardless of their nature) only to the competent authorities, following an official request received from them.
• After deactivating your account and removing all ads from the site, we cannot guarantee the immediate removal of your search results in search engines. Search engine indexing is independent of Art.Shopsfile.com
• We reserve the right to delete or edit any Advertisement that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions in any way, or that receives reports from users of the site. We also reserve the right to block or disable an account if we receive repeated reports of one or more ads that do not comply with those stated in this document, whose content is untrue or otherwise violates any legal provision and may harm the security of the activities of other Art.Shopsfile.com users.
